Sprint 46 — ephemeral KVM lane

Sprint 46 of mvm-deployment delivers the live-KVM ephemeral lane: a provider-agnostic up.sh / down.sh flow plus seven provider adapters (Hetzner is the no-KVM lane companion; the seven /dev/kvm-capable providers are GCP, AWS, Azure, Vultr, Latitude.sh, Equinix Metal, OVH).
